Pierce Flooring, a locally owned family business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Admin Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to our commercial business operations, providing crucial administrative support. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and will be part of a team-oriented department.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in securing price quotes
- Prepare bid/job files for easy accessibility
- Obtain bid bonds and other pre-bid documents as needed
- Distribute bids to appropriate contractors/customers within the schedule set by the bid documents
- Ensure all requirements are met regarding down payments, signatures, etc.
- Compile all documents needed to process the appropriate contract, forward contract to the Commercial Manager for signatures
- Assist in tracking materials that are on order or in Warehouse
- Contribute to maintaining the team approach throughout the department
