Pierce Leasing is hiring a Construction Technician!! This position is responsible for maintaining our fleet of mobile offices and storage containers. Their assignments are primarily related to getting the units ready for customer use. Basic construction knowledge is a must as well as excellent customer service skills as there will be occasional travel to customer site for set-up and repairs as needed. Automatic pay raise for those able to pass and obtain a CDL.
Responsibilities:
· Repair units returning from customer use as well as set-up of units for repair and removal of units when prepped
· Check and repair roof and roof vents
· Check and repair rain gutters and J-channel
· Repair and replace siding, windows and screens
· Repair and replace doors and locksets
· Repair and replace interior walls/ceilings and trim
· Repair interior and exterior fixtures
· Interior and exterior painting
· Utility hook-up and disconnect
· Step removal and replacement
· Scrap/garbage removal and disposal
· Check and repair trailer lights
· Verify registration to plates
· Re-pack wheel bearings
· Check and replace tires
Qualifications:

· Obtain and maintain forklift certifications
