In House Flooring Installers

Pierce Flooring and Design Center is looking for an In-House Journeyman  flooring installers!!   Why have all the headache and expense of working on your own, come work where installing can be hassle free with no out of pocket expenses.  This full time, year-round position will perform flooring installations with other provided team members, under the direction of our In-House Installation Director.  All In-House Installation team members will be trained in all aspects of flooring installation including – carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood, ceramic, commercial and residential work.  If this sounds of interest, we would love the opportunity to discuss this with you and show you why joining the Pierce Team is one of the best moves you can make.

Job will be based on a 40-hour work week but there will be times that additional hours will be required to complete jobs in a timely manner. Travel will be a part of this position with overnight stays, out of town, a possibility.  We anticipate this occurring periodically and increasing to moderate as this newly created position evolves
