Job Description

Pierce RV Supercenter is hiring for an experienced Warranty Clerk!!  This position will provide warranty submission to customers with preparation of all paperwork, work load distribution and monitoring, communication with both internal and external customers.  Estimates and dealing with both shop technicians and management to achieve a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Walk thru customer issues and address customer concerns
  • Write up warranty claims and manage customers start to finish
  • Ensure that parts are ordered for warranty claims
  • Meet service for delivery times and make sure all labor and parts are billed correctly
  • Open and close warranty claims in a timely fashion, close in same month when possible
  • Work with both service, body shop, detail department to achieve claims goals
  • Process warranty claims thru manufacturer website and post labor, tech times and stories
  • Collect information and present findings for warranty collection
  • Perform walk thru when new units arrive for manufacturer and needed repair
  • Organize warranty parts container and label parts for return when needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in Warranty industry
  • Top notch customer service
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to find a solution for or deal proactively with work-related problems
  • Ability to comprehend and complex technical topics and specialized information
  • Ability to complete assigned task under stressful situations
