This position will provide the Service department customers with preparation of all paperwork, work load distribution and monitoring, communication with both internal and external customers, estimates and dealing with both shop technicians and management to achieve a great customer experience

Responsibilities: (But not limited to)

  • Walk thru customer issues and address customer concerns
  • Write up work orders and manage customer start to finish
  • Estimate price and delivery time for repairs
  • Order parts and follow up with delivery and parts ordered
  • Meet service for delivery times and make sure all labor and parts are billed correctly
  • Active customer walk-thru and delivery process
  • Work with service, body shop and detail department to achieve sales goals
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Computer skills
