Pierce Flooring in Billings is hiring for a Scheduler!!

Job Description:

Responsible for scheduling and confirming installation dates with customers and installers. Conducts follow up phone calls to customers. Assists the sales team where needed. We are looking for applicants who are professional, dependable, highly organized and customer service oriented. This position will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify that all paperwork is turned in and that is meets all of our company requirements.
  • Schedule installations by contacting the customer and installers
  • Track product to verify that it will arrive before scheduled installation
  • Job cost invoices that all product is in a delivered status and if there was and installation, the installation is complete
  • Close out till each morning by printing reports, counting cash and making deposits
  • Help with general upkeep of the showroom

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Able to handle a multi-line phone system
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have a great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
