Pierce Flooring and Design Center is looking for an In-House Installation Helper!!  Are you looking to learn a trade where a company will train you?  If yes then please apply!!  This position will perform flooring installations while learning and improving your installation skills under the direction of the In-House Installation Director or In-House Installation Team Leader.  In addition to learning and improving your installation skills in all product categories, you will also be taught on how to operate in a professional and technically correct manner at all times.  Upon completion of the helper training program, it is our intention of promoting this position to become an In-House Installation Journeyman.  In the Journeyman position, you will be improving and perfecting your installation skills.  Upon completion of the journeyman program, it would be our intention of promoting that position to become an In-House Installation Team Leader and help...
