Pierce Flooring is hiring for a Service Manager! This position will be performing flooring repairs and address service claims as required. Perform site inspections, ensure customer satisfaction, document service issues and service calls within a structured and fast paced environment. - Perform site inspections
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform service calls
- Perform claims project management
- Attend weekly service meetings
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with work-related problems
- Ability to comprehend complex topics and specialized information as related to flooring
