Job Description

We are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is friendly and likes to be part of a team!! This position is our customer's first impression of our company and we need that impression to be positive by making the customer feel good about giving us the opportunity to serve them. 


  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner as they enter the store
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Direct customers to the Pierce employee who can help them. Walking with the customer to the Pierce employee when appropriate
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Schedules deliveries of express mail pieces and packages
  • Help customers that need payments taken
  • Invoicing
  • Print daily installation schedules for the sales people
  • Help installers with their supply purchases by writing up invoice and preparing ticket for warehouse
  • Maintain sample inventory sheets



  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Able to handle a multi-line phone system
  • Basic computer skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have a great attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
